Sam Smith Attacked as 'Pedophile,' Accused of 'Grooming the Kids' After Controversial Grammys Performance
justjared.comSam Smith was seemingly the victim of harassment while out in New York City this week. The 30-year-old “Unholy” Grammy winner was labeled a “pedophile” and “demonic” amongst other hateful slurs in a video that has emerged on social media.
The backlash comes after they and collaborator Kim Petras were attacked by some conservatives and Christians for their performance at the 2023 Grammys.

Read more about Sam Smith’s encounter… In a 30-second clip obtained by the Daily News, an onlooker appeared to accost Sam as they were walking around in Central Park. “You belong in hell,” they shouted at the star. “Sam Smith belongs in hell.
You demonic, twisted, sick b-stard.” The hate continued, with Sam being labeled a “sick f-cker,” “evil” and a “pedophile.” Another onlooked shouted that they were a “groomer,” which led to the original assailant saying that they were “grooming the kids.” Sam seemingly refused to acknowledge the hateful diatribe and walked away.
