SAG-AFTRA and National Public Radio have agreed on a new nationwide contract covering 521 NPR employees including hosts, correspondents, newscasters, reporters, announcers, editors, producers, research, archive and data strategists, and news app developers and designers.Members approved the contract Thursday by a vote of 324–4, with the executive board of the union’s Washington-Mid Atlantic Local ratifying the agreement by a unanimous vote that same day.
