The experienced 34-year-old is one of the club’s longest serving players, having been with the Buddies since joining from Oldham Athletic back in January 2018.

With the Buddies currently sitting in sixth place in the Premiership table, they could finally end their long wait for a top half finish this year. And with a promising home Scottish Cup fourth round tie against Dundee to come next weekend, Flynn believes it could yet be a special season for the Saints. He is fully focused on concentrating on matters on the pitch before turning his attention to his own future later this year.Flynn told Renfrewshire Live Sport: “There’s nothing set in stone as yet.“I knew my role at the end of last season after speaking to the manager.
