Netflix series Cheer, has pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography and soliciting sex from minors.During a change of plea hearing in a Chicago federal court yesterday (February 10), Harris admitted to one count of travelling with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a 15-year-old and one count of receiving child abuse images from a 17-year-old.Harris, 22, pleaded guilty to two of the seven felony counts against him. Prosecutors agreed to drop the remaining five counts under a plea agreement.Harris was arrested in September 2020 on a charge of production of child abuse imagery.

Microsoft president Brad Smith has said that staff at Activision Blizzard will be “under scrutiny” following its acquisition of the publisher.Last month, Microsoft purchased Activision Blizzard in a deal worth around £50billion, with the US Federal Trade Commission currently conducting an antitrust investigation.The purchase comes after Activision was hit by a lawsuit filed by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and another by the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission following multiple allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, and workplace misconduct.In between that, its own staff also filed a complaint too, alleging that the company used intimidation and “coercive tactics” to stifle staff trying to improve working conditions.It’s also been alleged that Activision CEO Bobby Kotick was aware of sexual misconduct claims within the company since 2018 but did not inform Activision’s board of directors. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro will not be charged in a domestic violence case involving his girlfriend, Saffire Matos.A rep for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office tells ET that regarding the incident with Ortiz-Magro and Matos that occurred on April 22, «our office has filed a probation violation in lieu of filing a new case.» The initial probation violation hearing is set for Friday, June 29, 2021 at the Van Nuys West Courthouse.Ortiz-Magro is on probation, however, for a separate domestic violence case involving  ex Jenn Harley. Last week, a rep for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to ET that the star was arrested in Los Angeles, and was released that same day on $100,000 bail.

TMZ reported on May 13 that the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office won't charge him with a misdemeanor, but a hearing will be held next month to determine if he violated his probation, which he got following a 2019 domestic incident with his ex-girlfriend, Jenn Harley. The website says jail time is "a real possibility."On April 22, Ronnie was arrested following an alleged domestic incident in Los Angeles with his girlfriend, Saffire Matos.
