Roman Kemp shares when he'll end Capital FM career as he opens up on sleep apnea battle

Capital FM DJ Roman Kemp has opened up on his battle with sleep apnea. Discussing his early starts in his role as a Capital Breakfast presenter told OK!: "The early starts are part of my routine but I found out the other day that I've developed sleep apnoea.

As a result, the 29 year old, who recently went for fertility tests, shared that he's been going to a specialist. Roman continued: "I've always thought it's because I've been so extremely tired, but it turns out I do have to go to a specialist.

So not only have I been doing Capital for five years but I've been doing it so tired anyway." The website continues: "If it goes untreated, it can cause loud snoring, daytime tiredness, or more serious problems like heart trouble or high blood pressure." Roman has skyrocketed to fame in his role as Capital FM DJ, a role he's been doing for the past five years.

Discussing when he'll close the door on his radio presenter duties for Capital, the son of Martin Kemp told us: "I'm looking to hit a decade which will be something I can be proud of." Despite his duties to the station, Roman has a string of other presenter gigs under his belt, including a recent appearance on The One Show and he'll also be hosting The Jubilee concert at the Queen's celebrations.
