Repair Shop's Jay Blades now has 27 siblings – after finding 2 more
ok.co.ukJay Blades has shared that he's discovered that he has 27 siblings, with the potential for more across the globe.The Repair Shop star, 53, doesn't have much of a relationship with his father – who he refers to as "the man who contributed to my birth", but did contact him after four people contacted him claiming to be his siblings.
In a conversation, with one of the half-siblings he discovered, Jay found out there were 25 others with the same father as him, 11 of whom he's now met.
He late discovered two more, meaning that actually has at least 27 brothers and sisters. Speaking on The Big Fish podcast, Jay told host Spencer Matthews, shared that his father had left his mother with no money and nowhere to live, forcing them to live in a women's shelter before moving in with her uncle and later a council flat.
Sharing how his dad came back into his life, briefly, when he was in his 20s, adding that he met four of his siblings then - but that his father claimed there weren't anymore.
