However, if Rangers can retain the silverware they won last season then this time it would almost certainly be his last act at Ibrox.That, of course, is assuming McGregor plays.
It's hard to second guess who is going to start between the sticks these days with Michael Beale opting to chop and change between both McGregor and Jon McLaughlin.
He's even promised to give Robby McCrorie a chance when he returns from injury.McLaughlin started the midweek win over Kilmarnock but didn't look too clever when he conceded the opening goal of the game.
