Rachel Weisz Joins 'Dead Ringers' Cast at NYC Premiere of Their New Prime Video Series!
justjared.comRachel Weisz is ready for the world to see her Prime Video limited series Dead Ringers! The Oscar-winning actress plays identical twins in the new thriller, which is a modern take on David Cronenberg‘s 1988 movie starring Jeremy Irons. Rachel was joined by co-stars Britne Oldford, Poppy Liu, Emily Meade, Jennifer Ehle, and Kitty Hawthorne, plus series creator Alice Birch, at the premiere on Monday (April 3) at Metrograph in New York City.
The show will follow Elliot and Beverly Mantle (Weisz), twins who share everything: Drugs, lovers, and an unapologetic desire to do whatever it takes—including pushing the boundaries on medical ethics—in an effort to challenge antiquated practices and bring women’s health care to the forefront.
