Queen to stand on balcony alongside her three heirs at Jubilee to 'show future of monarchy'

Royal sources have said that the Queen “wants the world to see the heartbeat of her family and the future of the monarchy” on the balcony with her at her Platinum Jubilee, and will therefore have Princes Charles, William and eight year old George by her side.The three princes are the direct lines to the throne.The Royal Family are said to be set to arrive on the balcony of Buckingham Palace around 5pm, where they’ll stand to watch the traditional Trooping the Colour RAF flypast.

Discussing the Queen’s plans for the balcony, a royal source teased, as per Mirror Online: “Her Majesty believes it will send a strong message to the world, that despite the family’s trials and tribulations over the past few years, those at the very top are united in getting on with the job, sharing her sense of duty and dedication to serving the people of this country and the Commonwealth.” As it’s believed Charles, William and George will make an appearance on the balcony, Princes Andrew and Harry will not, as well as Harry’s wife Meghan Markle.
