The producers of the upcoming movie Rust are speaking out after the tragic accident that occurred on set. It has been reported that actor Alec Baldwin discharged a prop gun while rehearsing a scene on Thursday (October 21) and it accidentally killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injured director Joel Souza.

Just hours before the tragic accident, Alec shared the first photo from the film’s set in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The producers of the film are mourning the loss of Halyna and speaking about the future of the movie.
