Nicholas Jerry Jonas (born September 16, 1992) is an American singer, songwriter and actor. Jonas began acting in theater at the age of seven, and released his debut single in 2002 which caught the attention of Columbia Records where Jonas formed a band with his older brothers, Joe and Kevin, known as the Jonas Brothers. The group released their debut studio album It's About Time through the Columbia label in 2006.
After leaving Columbia Records and signing with Hollywood Records, the group released their self-titled second studio album in 2007, which became their breakthrough record.
The band became prominent figures on the Disney Channel during this time, gaining a large following through the network and they appeared in the widely successful musical television film Camp Rock (2008) and its sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam (2010) as well as two of their own series, Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream (2008–2010) and Jonas (2009–2010).

The 40-year-old actress and the 30-year-old Jonas Brothers singer stepped out in style for the 2023 South Asian Excellence Pre-Oscars Celebration on Thursday evening (March 9) at held Paramount Pictures Studio in Los Angeles. Priyanka served as host for the event with entrepreneur Anjula Acharia.
While at the event, Priyanka gushed over Nick, calling him her “greatest champion.” Keep reading to find out more… “My husband is my greatest champion and he’s half Indian, as you will see when the music starts, but he’s just such a supporter of me,” Priyanka told People.
She continued, “(He) finished his shoot, came directly all jazzed up and ready to be here by my side. And, you know, he champions me and reminds me when I forget.” Priyanka also thanked Nick and her family their support as she navigates her career and motherhood to 13-month-old daughter Malti. “Having [Nick's] support and my family — my in-laws are back home with the baby — just being able to have my family show up is the only way I could do what I do,” Priyanka said. “My family is my greatest, greatest strength.” Other stars in attendance included New Girl actress Hannah Simone, Slumdog Millionaire actress Freida Pinto, Aziz Ansari, Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafazi, Evil actor Aasif Mandvi, The Resident actor Manish Dayal, Community actor Danny Pudi, and Never Have I Ever actress Megan Suri. Nick‘s younger brother Frankie Jonas and his girlfriend Anna Olson also attended the event.
