Katy Perry

Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (born October 25, 1984), known professionally as Katy Perry, is an American singer, songwriter, and television judge. After singing in church during her childhood, she pursued a career in gospel music as a teenager.

Perry signed with Red Hill Records and released her debut studio album Katy Hudson under her birth name in 2001, which was commercially unsuccessful. She moved to Los Angeles the following year to venture into secular music after Red Hill ceased operations and she subsequently began working with producers Glen Ballard, Dr. Luke, and Max Martin.

After adopting the stage name Katy Perry and being dropped by The Island Def Jam Music Group and Columbia Records, she signed a recording contract with Capitol Records in April 2007.

Harry was educated at Wetherby School, Ludgrove School, and Eton College. He spent parts of his gap year in Australia and Lesotho. He then underwent officer training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was commissioned as a cornet (second lieutenant) into the Blues and Royals, serving temporarily with his brother Prince William, and he completed his training as a troop leader. In 2007–08, he served for over ten weeks in Helmand, Afghanistan, but was pulled out after an Australian magazine revealed his presence there. He returned to Afghanistan for a 20-week deployment in 2012–13 with the Army Air Corps. He left the army in June 2015.

Prince Harry to 'ditch King Charles' Coronation gig' for Archie's birthday

Prince Harry is planning to skip the King's Coronation Concert to fly back home to the US just hours after Charles is crowned.

The Duke of Sussex has told his father he will not be staying for the weekend of celebrations after attending the historical ceremony on May 6, the Mirror reports.Instead of attending the concert at Windsor Castle on May 7, sources reveal he will rush home to be with his family in California and celebrate his son Archie's belated fourth birthday.Event organisers will now not need to reserve a spot for Harry at the highly anticipated musical show which will see performances from Lionel Richie, Take That and Katy Perry.

After weeks of speculation, Harry, 38 finally confirmed his attendance at his father's Coronation but he will be showing up alone.

Meanwhile, Meghan, 41, will stay in California to look after their children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. The couple's son turns four on the same day as the Coronation.
