The Duke and Duchess of Sussex employees have taken the unusual step of sharing their experiences of working for the royal couple.
Since relocating to the US four years ago, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have faced criticism for the high staff turnover rate at their Archewell organisation.
This includes Harry's former chief of staff, Josh Kettler, who left his position after just three months. Recent allegations have surfaced, claiming Meghan "belittles people" and "doesn't take advice", earning her the nickname "Duchess Difficult", as reported in the Hollywood Reporter.
However, a different story is now being presented. These allegations follow previous claims made in The Times that Meghan bullied staff during her time as a working royal, which she has consistently denied. The co-editor-in-chief of the Hollywood Reporter, Maer Roshan, defended the story, stating that their reporter spoke to a high-ranking source within the couple's team, and that "there is still this undercurrent of fear", reports the Mirror.
