Taylor Alison Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She is known for narrative songs about her personal life, which have received widespread media coverage. At age 14, Swift became the youngest artist signed by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house and, at 15, she signed her first record deal.

Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", it became the US' best-selling album of 2009 and was certified diamond in the US. The album won four Grammy Awards, and Swift became the youngest Album of the Year winner.

Police are still hunting for a driver who fled the scene after a 16-year-old boy was seriously injured in a crash. The crash happened on Parkill Road in Bury at around 9.30pm on Saturday night (November 27).

The boy was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved, a Toyota Avensis. He had to be cut free from the wreckage by firefighters and was taken to hospital. READ MORE:The Greater Manchester town where men die before their time His condition was serious but not life-threatening, police said.

The force said the driver of the Toyota, which hit a parked car, fled the scene. In an update this morning (Monday), a spokesperson for GMP said no arrests had been made yet in relation to the incident.
