Inspector Tony Gallagher, of Lanark Police Station, said: " Shelly-Ann has been out of contact with her family and friends since Saturday evening, which is out of character and concerns are growing for her as a result. "She is from Lanark but frequents Hamilton and was last seen there.
We are working to establish her movements since she was last seen on Saturday so anyone at all who believes they may have seen her is urged to come forward. "Our enquiries so far have found she may have spoken to a man at Hamilton Bus Station around 4.30pm on Saturday, June 19.
