Police investigating Charlie Elms death want to speak to this man

Charlie Elms, 25, died on Wednesday, May 26, after police had been called at around 5.05pm to a report of men causing damage to a property on Fifth Avenue, according to Greater Manchester Police.

The force says Mr Elms, whose partner was expecting their first child, was 'fatally injured' and pronounced dead at the scene.
