Police in Lanarkshire appeal for information in bid to trace missing Wishaw man

Police in Lanarkshire are asking the public for help in a bid to find a man who has not been seen since last weekend. Officers are appealing for information to trace 43-year-old Joseph Higgins, who has been reported missing from Wishaw.

Joseph was last seen about 2am on Saturday, April 15, and is described as 5ft3, bald with some facial hair and a skinny build.
