PIERS Morgan has left London after coronavirus restrictions lifted and headed to his country pad with its vast garden and swimming pool for some peace and quiet.
The broadcaster - who has an estimated fortune of £14.4 million - escaped to his sprawling home in the East Sussex village of Newick, where he grew up.
Said to be worth in the region of £700,000 the house is equipped with swimming pool and set in acres of landscaped gardens. Piers seemed like he couldn't wait to be back at his country pile which he shares with wife Celia Walden, their daughter, and Piers' three sons to his previous marriage.
Sharing a video of the garden's lush vegetation with his followers on Instagram, he captioned it: "Chill" and tagged its location.
