The 27-year-old actress, who plays Daphne Bridgerton in the hit Netflix series Bridgerton, was spotted having lunch with a male friend on Thursday afternoon (June 23) in London, England. Phoebe and her pal shared a bowl of sweet potato fries and she was seen playfully touching his hair at one point during the meal.
They stopped by some stores after the lunch outing.
