Her Majesty is set to auction off two long strips of land in Baxenden, near Accrington, along with parts of three roads in the village.The property forms part of her private estate as the Duke of Lancaster, which is officially known as the Duchy of Lancaster.The parcels of land in question are to the rear of properties in Scott Avenue, Baxenden, overlooking Woodnook Water.As well as he land, the whole of Icconhurst Close and parts of both Scott Avenue, Victoria Avenue, and Sanybeds Close will be included in the auction lot.
