Europa Conference League qualifying, even though they were defeated 2-0 by Hacken.The Dons brought a healthy lead to Gothenburg following their 5-1 first leg victory against the Swedish side.Martin Olsson and Leo Bengtsson were on the scoresheet for Hacken on the evening but Aberdeen's first leg victory was enough to see them progress to the next round.Aberdeen had a host of chances throughout the match but could not find a way past Hacken keeper Peter Abrahamsson.Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Christian Ramirez came closest for Stephen Glass' side in the first half, as they had the bulk of the attacking play.Hacken came out in the second half with a point to prove and quickly gave themselves a two goal lead that briefly had Glass' team sweating.
