Princess Diana's niece Lady Kitty Spencer has married fashion tycoon Michael Lewis in a lavish ceremony at a grand Italian villa after three years together.The 30 year old daughter of Charles Spencer, 57, said "I do" to 62 year old Michael as the sun set over the Villa Aldobrandini in Frascati. Kitty and Michael's nuptials were attended by her sisters Eliza and Amelia, former Strictly Come Dancing star Viscountess Emma Weymouth, and celebrity friends including Pixie Lott, Idris Elba's wife Sabrina and Made In Chelsea's Mark Vandelli.
