Sir Rod Stewart pleads guilty to ‘simple battery’ after punching a bouncer half his age
SIR Rod Stewart has pleaded guilty to “simple battery” after punching a bouncer half his age. But it means under local laws he will have no criminal record and only have to pay £510 in court costs. The rocker, 76, and his son Sean, 40, were due to face a trial in January and Sir Rod could have faced a year in jail.
