Covid-19 after her daughter contracted it at school has begged families to stick to the rules for the sake of her vulnerable child and others.Jenny Tait, from Johnstone, developed flu-like symptoms and ached all over after her daughter Amber, who has a learning disability and heart condition, was named as a close contact of a person with covid at Fordbank Primary School.And, while the covid test was too distressing for Amber to take, positive results were returned for her two siblings Lucy, 12, and Emma, six.Jenny told the Express: “I am sure the covid infection has come from the school because we have not been anywhere else.“My middle daughter Amber was named a close contact as someone in her class had it.
