Royal Bolton Hospital on why non-frontline staff are being vaccinated after concerns
hospital recently opened up vaccinations to all members of staff, after ensuring that the 'most vulnerable' groups received their jab first. Bolton NHS Foundation Trust's medical director, Dr Francis Andrews, explained why it has been done in this way.He said: "We started to vaccinate our staff in December starting with our most vulnerable groups who have underlying health problems or have direct contact with our patients as a priority.
