Dominic Raab has said people going back to work do not need to do so until Wednesday - despite the prime minister suggesting people would be encouraged to return from the start of this week.
Speaking to Sky News, the Foreign Secretary explained that people who can't work from home are being encouraged to go back to work from Wednesday after guidance has been given to employers on how to make sure workplaces are safe.
He said: "If you can work from home, you still should. But for those who cant work from home, particularly the construction and manufacturing sectors, we are encouraging them to go back to work actively now. "That won't start until Wednesday so there will be guidance out.
