Carroll was in possession of garden shears and was seen to place these in the car.“Police officers arrived and stopped the vehicle.

Gallagher was in a rear passenger seat. Carroll had gone back to his house and he was arrested there.”Defence agent Diarmid Bruce said Carroll and his friends went outside after hearing a noise.Carroll picked up garden shears that were lying in his garden.
