Pauline Quirke is reported to have quit Birds of a Feather for good, following a rumoured “irreparable rift” between her and Linda Robson.

Actress Pauline, 61, has been best friends with Linda, 62, since their childhood, after the pair met in primary school, and formed the comedy duo alongside Lesley Joseph.Their 50 year-long friendship and their realistic portrayal of the highs and lows of family life made the show a huge hit and, in turn, the pair became one of the UK’s most popular double acts.

But, it’s now been reported that Linda and Pauline, who play Sharon Theodopolopodous and Tracey Stubbs on the hit comedy show, have fallen out.
