Paul Merson names two players Manchester United must sign to become Premier League title contenders

Kane has been linked with a move to United this summer, having come close to leaving Spurs last year. The England captain looked set to join Manchester City, only for Tottenham to hold firm on their hefty valuation of the striker.
With City looking set to turn their attentions towards Erling Haaland this summer, Kane’s hopes of a transfer to the Etihad look to be fading away.
