Goals from Idrissa Gueye and Lionel Messi were enough to secure PSG the victory on Tuesday at the Parc des Princes, giving the French outfit some measure of revenge for last season's loss to City in the semi-finals.
While City were unable to find the back of the net on the night, they did carve out a number of opportunities and will consider themselves unfortunate to take a point at least back to Manchester.
