Yesterday Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced that two people had tested positive for the virus in north Wales, and it is understood that one of those patients is now in Liverpool, the Liverpool Echo reports.

Public Health England have said the risk to the wider public is considered "low". The second patient has been discharged from hospital after recovering from the virus, the ECHO understands.
