The actress and filmmaker, 38, announced her split from actor Jason, 46, in November 2020 after dating for nine years and welcoming two children together, Otis, eight, and five year old Daisy.
The two stars had continued to co-parent their children following their split with them each having Otis and Daisy on alternating weeks, as they split their time between London, Los Angeles and London, reports the DailyMail.
However, Olivia and Jason had a disagreement about where to permanently raise their children earlier this year, leading Jason to file a custody petition.
