Peter Andre

Peter Andre (born 27 February 1973) is an English-born Cypriot-Australian singer, songwriter, businessman, and television personality. He gained popularity as a singer, best known for his singles "Mysterious Girl" and "Flava".

He is also known for appearing on the third series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!, and the thirteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, in which he was partnered with Janette Manrara.

Olivia Newton John remembered as 'always smiling' as Grease West End's Peter Andre pays tribute

Tributes have been pouring in for Olivia Newton John, who died yesterday aged 73 earlier this week and singer Peter Andre is among those who have shared personal memories of the late star.

Peter, 49, is currently playing Vince Fontaine in the West End production of Grease and was on stage when the sad news of Olivia's death broke.

Speaking to Lorraine host Ranvir Singh, he said: "The cast found out halfway through the show so actress Olivia Moor who is playing Sandy, when the show finished, she had to give an announcement to the audience to say the sad news." Pete added that every single show will now be dedicated to Olivia, saying: "Honestly the audience were in shock and it's going to be a very different show from now on for everybody.

All those songs are so iconic." The singer also appeared on BBC Breakfast, saying of the late star: “I would say that she was one of those people that always presented a certain type of aura, a certain type of aura that not many people can give out. “And I know that we talk about warmth and kindness being separate to her professional career, but, actually, it looked like it was all merged in one – that’s the impression I always got.
