Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford (born 31 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Premier League club Manchester United and the England national team.

A Manchester United player from the age of seven, he scored two goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in the UEFA Europa League in February 2016 and his Premier League debut against Arsenal three days later.

He also scored in his first Manchester derby match, his first EFL Cup match and his first UEFA Champions League match. With United, Rashford has so far won the FA Cup, EFL Cup, FA Community Shield and UEFA Europa League.

Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted at the reason behind his decision to drop Paul Pogba to the Manchester United bench. United play Atalanta in the Champions League on Wednesday night at Old Trafford and, after the Reds lost 4-2 against Leicester at the weekend, the Norwegian has made three changes to his starting line-up with Pogba a notable omission for the game.

With Pogba on the bench, Scott McTominay and Fred have started in the double pivot in front of United's back four. Marcus Rashford has been named in the starting line-up, too, playing on the left flank where Pogba has often featured.
