Danny Welbeck has suggested it is no longer 'weird' facing off against former club Manchester United as the Brighton ace prepares for the FA Cup semi-final clash between the two sides.

The 32-year-old made 142 appearances for the Reds during his time at Old Trafford, registering 29 goals and 21 assists. He left the club in September 2014 to join Premier League rivals Arsenal.

Now, Welbeck, who has scored four goals against United in his career, is playing for Brighton and has impressed for the Seagulls so far this season - having managed eight goal contributions for Roberto De Zerbi's side.
