North Lanarkshire businesses urged to take part in survey on digital skills

Businesses and organisations in North Lanarkshire are being invited to take part in a survey of digital skills to identify gaps and solutions.The survey, organised by North Lanarkshire Council, covers areas from recruiting staff and providing training and learning, to building skill sets and identifying future digital requirements.It builds on a similar exercise carried out two years ago, as the country was emerging from the pandemic, which indicated that almost two thirds of respondents had a skills gap.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

For this to happen, they need to improve their digital capability and the skills of their workforce to keep pace with technological progress.“Using the information from this survey
