NHS driver raging after workmen turn her £1,600 dropped kerb into ‘eyesore’

A NHS driver has branded a water company ‘a joke’ after they botched a £1,600 job to drop a kerb. Tracy Mock asked for the manhole outside her house to be fixed into a dropped kerb but instead she was left with an “eyesore”.

The 54-year-old had splashed out to have the dropped kerb installed outside her home two years ago, but was horrified by what the workers had left behind.

Since then Tracy admits she has done nothing but complain and is demanding it is repaired as there is now “a great big trip hazard”.

She branded the water firm Severn Trent a “joke” and they later apologised for the quality of their work.NHS driver Tracy said: “Everything was done while I was working.
