Netflix is turning a viral Thanksgiving story into an upcoming holiday movie. The Thanksgiving Text will follow the true story of Wanda Dench, a grandmother who accidentally sent a text with a Thanksgiving invitation to Jamal Hinton, who was a high school senior at the time. Wanda thought she was texting her grandchild, but she sent a text to the wrong number.

When Jamal got the text, he informed Wanda that she’s not his grandmother, but jokingly asked to get a plate at her Thanksgiving dinner anyway. “Of course you can.
