ok.co.ukNadia Sawalha has revealed that her “unbelievable” Christmas plans this year will be different from usual, which she believes is down the fact she’s begun taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to relieve her symptoms of menopause.
Discussing the matter with OK!, Nadia, 57, said this year she’ll be spending Christmas day out at a restaurant, rather than at home like she usually does.
She told us: “I’m doing something so unbelievable (this Christmas) that I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’ll say it to you.
I am going to a restaurant for Christmas lunch — me, MasterChef winner. Me, six cookery books. Me, who loves cooking for their family.
