I’M A Celeb star Seann Walsh says he failed to twig he was going to be a dad when his girlfriend read him a poem revealing she was pregnant.

The comic, 37, simply said “nice”, and did not think anything more of it. Girlfriend Grace Adderley had texted him to come home after a gig to surprise him with her verse.

Seann told a podcast: “Got home, she’s lying in bed and there was a poem left on the chest of drawers and she said, ‘Can you read that?’ I read the poem. "It wasn’t explicit enough.

She didn’t outright say ‘I’m pregnant’. "It was metaphors, like ‘And now there’s more of us to go into the future’. ‘This is one of the most important moments in our lives’.
