As scorching temperatures continue to batter the country and send the mercury soaring to 34°C, savvy mums have been turning to a parenting hack loved by former TOWIE star Sam Faiers as they try to keep their little ones cool.

Rather than resorting to ice lollies made of the usual juice or squash, many mums have opted to give their youngsters breast milk lollies instead.The hack originally came about when Sam was trying to find something to help baby Paul with his teething back In 2016, with the mum sharing her ingenious solution during an episode of The Mummy Diaries on ITV.
