A mum claims that she looks so young she is often mistaken for being her 15-year-old daughter's twin. Nina Dixon, 31, from Lancashire, said people are often stunned to find out that she is actually the mother of 15-year-old Milli as well as Keaton, 11, and 10-month-old baby Harmony.

The student nurse - who had MIllie when she was 16 - said people consistently mistake her for being her daughter's twin sister.

It's so bad that Nina often has to take ID with her on every night out and has even been asked for identification when trying to buy a hamster.

On another occasion, she recalls being mistaken for a pupil while at a school's parent's evening.
