Mum left for dead on school run after scrambler bike ploughed into her

A mum who was hit by a scrambler bike and left for dead while picking her daughter up from school has spoken of her horror. Leah Cunningham was on her way to collect her daughter Lola when the bike ploughed into her.

The 30-year-old was crossing the road near her home when a man riding a green and white off-road bike hit her on Glovers Lane.

The crash, on October 1, 2020, left Leah in a heap in the road, bleeding from a serious head wound which needed multiple staples.
