Motorists set for disruption as two Lanarkshire roads set to close for hours of repair works

Coatbridge motorists are warned to prepare for disruption to their travels as two roads in the town are set to close for a number of hours on separate days.A manhole cover repair will see a Kirkwood Street closed for eight-and-a-half hours on Sunday, May 29.The closure, from Bank Street (A89) to an “unnamed private access road”, will start at 9.30am and alternative routes will be Langloan Street and Bank Street (A89).The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
