Morrisons shoppers threaten to boycott supermarket over instant rewards scheme

shoppers have threatened from boycott the firm over its new instant rewards scheme. The supermarket earlier this week released the new My Morrisons card - which has taken over from the previous Morrisons More scheme, reports Manchester Evening News.

Savings are made through the card and deducted from the total shopping bill automatically, instead of waiting for vouchers or saving up points.

The scheme will be accompanied by an app, which means that shoppers will no longer have to carry a physical card.However, shoppers can continue to use their existing physical card if they wish.
