Every time Montana Brown catches sight of her blossoming bump, she’s in awe of what her body is doing. “I find it incredible that women’s bodies can do this,” she says. “It blows my mind there’s an actual human being grown in my tummy.” The Love Island beauty, 27, is due to give birth to her first child in June, but reveals she and ex-rugby player Mark O’Connor, 28, spent so much time struggling to conceive that they’d decided to stop trying.

Montana had been using ovulation kits to track her fertile days, but a hormone test showed her oestrogen was low. Although she’d started taking supplements to boost it, having to schedule sex had become a passion killer.
