Neil Lennon

Neil Francis Lennon (born 25 June 1971) is a Northern Irish football coach and former player who is the manager of Scottish Premiership club Celtic. During his playing career he represented English clubs Manchester City, Crewe Alexandra and Leicester City.

Lennon moved to Scottish club Celtic in 2000, where he made over 200 appearances and was appointed captain in 2005. Before retiring as a player, he returned to England and played for Nottingham Forest and Wycombe Wanderers. Lennon made 40 appearances for Northern Ireland in nine years, scoring two goals. Lennon was appointed manager of Celtic in March 2010, initially in a caretaker capacity after the departure of Tony Mowbray.

Mohamed Elyounoussi in uncertain Celtic future as he's 'given chance' to make Southampton impression

Mohamed Elyounoussi will get the chance to impress at Southampton with the club not seeking to immediately sell the player this summer, according to a report.

The 26-year-old forward has been on loan at Parkhead for the last two seasons and while he has blown hot and cold at times has contributed with some important goals, most recently his headed opener in the derby against Rangers last month.

He was in and out the team under Neil Lennon but has started the last two league matches under interim boss John Kennedy. And now The Athletic claim the Norway international will be afforded the chance to impress Austrian gaffer Ralph Hasenhuttl during pre-season this summer.
