The investigation into the model’s disappearance was surprisingly short, for better or worse. On Friday, police searched a rental home which had been rented by Abby’s father-in-law in the village of Lung Mei.
What they found there was unimaginably gruesome. According to local news outlet RTHK, cops found clothing, an ID, and a credit card, all belonging to Abby — along with a person’s worth of dismembered body parts.
Limbs later identified as Abby’s legs were found in the refrigerator unit. Regional police superintendent Alan Chung told the outlet over the weekend: After a more thorough search, more of Abby was found.
