After a summer of love, drama, bombshells, laughter and tears, Love Island 2021 has finally come to an end.The villa dominated ITV2 for eight weeks and the final saw couple Millie Court and Liam Reardon the winners.They pipped Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran to the £50k prize after Faye Winter and Teddy Soares finished third and Kaz Kamwi and Tyler Cruickshank in fourth place.
Some 2.8 million viewers tuned in for the live final, hosted by Laura Whitmore – in which Welsh bricklayer Liam asked fashion buyer’s administrator Millie, from Essex, to be his girlfriend just before they were crowned.
And fans saw Millie, 24, open the prize envelope and have to decide whether to keep the money for herself or share it with Liam, 22.
