Mike Tindall was seen wearing military style medals at Wednesday's Lying-in-State procession for the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Despite not serving in any department of the military, Mike was keen to display his love for the Royal Family and pay tribute to the Queen by wearing his honours.
An Order of the British Empire medal was pinned to his jacket. Mike was awarded this medal for his services to rugby after the 2003 World Cup win against Australia - famously remembered for that Jonny Wilkinson drop-goal.The other two medals the former sportsman wore were in celebration of the Queen's Diamond and Platinum Jubilees.
The Diamond Jubilee Medal is a commemorative medal that was made in 2012 to celebrate the late Queen’s 60th year on the throne.
